Shipping Info

Physical CDs are shipped by first class post in the UK and by air mail to the rest of the world. They are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order. UK orders should arrive within 3 days of dispatch. Please allow 14 days from dispatch for receipt of international orders.

If you have requested a signed CD there may be a slight delay in dispatch. We'll inform you if this is the case.

Return Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us using the 'other inquiries' link in the contact/help menu in the sidebar before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2. below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us using the 'other inquiries' link in the contact/help menu in the sidebar for return address information. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3. will not apply in the following circumstances: -

in the event that the product has been used

in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed

in the case where the item has been personally signed for the purchaser

The provisions of this clause 4. do not affect your statutory rights.
